Professor Diego Bispo is a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He is from Rio de Janerio, Brazil and is a 2X National Champion.

Brazilian jiu-Jitsu is not only a great martial art, engineered by the Famous Gracie Family for the purpose of self-defense, but it’s also a great way to get an awesome, full body work out. Individuals of all ages, both male and female can benefit from the physical and mental benefits of BJJ. Don’t believe me? Grand Master and BJJ Helio Gracie lived to be 99, and trained everyday right to the end!
