Every personal training plan starts with a thorough assessment. Not just an assessment of body fat levels, circumference measurements and weight, but also an evaluation of your goals, time frame, physical abilities and restrictions, time constraints, level of motivation and how you move.
& Mobility Assessment
Knowing how you move and identifying your limitations are critical in prescribing the best course of action for you to reach your goals. Utilizing the Functional Movement Screen (FMS), we are able to qualitatively assess how you move and determine which areas we may need to address to keep you injury-free.
Create a custom fitness program designed to give you much needed guidance and accountability. This is when we match your goals to all of your other considerations. Think of Wareing’s program design and the weekly exercise structure as a roadmap to success. With the information we obtain from the initial evaluation, we can design a weekly program to make the most out of your time in the gym.
