Jenn Harrison

Jenn grew up in Shrewsbury, Pennsylvania, where her father was a physical education teacher and instilled it in her upbringing. She played soccer and danced as a kid and started working as an athletic trainer her sophomore year of high school. Once she received her Masters Degree in Exercise, Fitness and Health Promotion, she went on to become a personal trainer in 2001. Jenn is also a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) through the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA) and a Certified Personal Trainer (ACE). The past 4 ½ years, she has been with our team of professional trainers at Wareing’s Gym, where she specializes in training a variety of clients with different fitness needs. Jenn stays on top of her exercises by writing down techniques she uses in order to help clients when they ask about something they previously worked on. She believes fitness allows people to accomplish their daily tasks easier and likes to keep workout routines fun and interesting for her clients. In addition, she feels you should enjoy eating what you love, but the key to staying healthy is moderation.

Random Fact: Jenn loves taking care of her two year old, spending time with her husband, playing with her dog, and spending time outdoors even if it’s only in the backyard.
