At the end of the experience, if we are not the club for you, simply walk away and you will be under no further obligation. Many people who come through our doors have already made up their mind to join the club through referral or by our reputation in the community, but for those who haven’t yet decided, trying before you commit is the best way to get started.

Team Training

Our Team Training is a high octane, ass kicking, performance based symphony of movement! You will burn fat, build strength, gain confidence, look and feel better! We will be the best, brightest, and most challenging part of your day!

The unique structure of our groups allows you to maximize the benefit of your program and take full advantage of our expert training staff. Each workout is designed to increase your functional strength, reduce injuries, and boost your metabolism.

Small Group Training

Looking to take your training and strength to the next level? You need Small Group Strength Training! You will get a customized strength training program delivered in a much smaller group of 2-4 people. You will literally be forced to get stronger and fitter because we track everything and customize the program to your needs! We will design a program for you, based on the results of your evaluation.

During your training sessions, you will meet with one of our certified trainers in a small group format. In this personalized setting, you will be exposed to in-depth instruction while focusing on your specific goals.

Your membership will include:
• Unlimited access to the gym so that you can come and train on your own at unscheduled times when its convenient for you.
• Unlimited access to all of our Team Training Classes. There wont be a class that we offer that you wont have access to.
• 4-12 Small Group Training Sessions a month. This is Semi-Private, highly individualized instruction with a Coach that you can schedule at times that are convenient for you.

Schedule A Free Evaluation

Not sure how to get to where it is you want to go? At Wareing’s, we want to set each of our members up for success in achieving their fitness goals. That is why we offer a Starting Point Session to prospective members. In essence, this a scheduled, one-hour evaluation. It all begins with a sit down with Chris Ullom, our Program Director, during which he will encourage you to dig deep to pin down exactly what it is you wish to achieve with your fitness routine. Next, Chris will take you out onto the gym floor and put you through a series of movements- a mobility assessment- in which he will ascertain your mobility and strength levels. Armed with the information from both the discussion and what he saw from your movements patterns, Chris will then prescribe to you a series of training options that he feels you will love AND get you to your fitness goals. There is no obligation, and all that is required to schedule your evaluation is to show up in person and ask to speak to a Manager. We will give you a tour of the facility, and if you love what you see, we will be happy to schedule your free evaluation at a time that would be convenient for you.
