The development of our Hot Yoga program, with the addition of Melissa Smith, formerly of Hot House Yoga, has given rise to a new and well needed change to our Yoga program. With classes of all levels being offered throughout the week, we are sure you can find one to supplement your workout routine. A perfect, “off day” experience full of cleansing movements and taking place in an environment promoting detoxification and relaxation. Hot Yoga is the perfect class to experience after a hard day at the office or the day after a hard resistance workout. Classes very in difficulty and degrees of heat so if 100 degrees doesn’t fit your mold try a warm yoga therapy class, to get a good rehabilitative experience.
