Rachel Stevens

Rachel, who hails from the Buckeye State, Ohio, has been involved in some form of athletics since childhood. Her family was active and encouraged her to play as many sports as possible until she found her niche. She joined the Wareing’s family in July 2010, but has been a trainer since 2001. She holds several fitness-related certifications, to include NSCA, CrossFit Lvl 1 and PiYo. She teaches Cross Training, H.I.M., Spin, X-Spin, X-Spin Circuit, Pumpin’ Iron, Stretch, Core, Drills and CrossFit, and she appreciates clients who pick her brain on nutrition and different workouts and exercises. When she’s not in the gym, you can find her outside hiking, cycling and enjoying beach sand runs with her fiancé.
