Is your goal to be strong, lean and fit? Unsure of how to put a plan together and fit everything into your week? Unlike other programs that focus on one aspect of fitness, our Team Training program combines strength training, anaerobic conditioning, cardiovascular training and recovery in order to deliver a fully comprehensive fitness plan. Want to get stronger, slimmer and more athletic? This is the solution. Working with heavier loads and fewer reps means more strength without the bulk.


Work as hard as you possibly can, rest, repeat. The ultimate fat loss workout! Utilizing High- Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), not only will you burn up to 1,000 calories per hour, but you will continue to burn fat and calories up to 48 hours after your workout is complete.


Get your heart rate up and keep it up. Moderate-intensity training at a sustained effort to improve your cardiovascular conditioning. MyZONE belt recommended.

All Levels - Take care of your soft-tissue!
An active approach to the repair and regeneration of your body. Forty five minutes of soft-tissue work, flexibility/mobility exercises and muscle activation to restore tissue length, increase functional range of motion and help you recover from your workouts.
