It’s all about balance, according to Sam Lizotte. After breaking a leg, she decided she didn’t want to just heal; she wanted to become stronger and help others learn how to do the same. Over the past nine years, Sam has been exploring the balance of strength, flexibility and motion as a 500-Hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher). She helps clients establish a healthy framework for longevity, endurance and functionality — in addition to giving the best hugs around!
