Teri is a native to Chesapeake, Virginia. She decided to make fitness a part of her life when she worked as a dispatcher for the police department. She’d go to the gym to relieve stress, but soon realized that she really enjoyed it and wanted to make a career out of it. Teri has been a trainer for 3 years now and has spent 2 ½ of them working for Wareing’s Gym. She has certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, as a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT), Suspension Training (TRX), and Group Cycling. She specializes in Circuit and Interval training and teaches classes in X-Spin, Spin, Fitmoves, and Bootcamp. Her own favorite workout routines include weights, to build a strong athletic physique. On her free time Teri loves hanging out with friends at the beach or at Big Sams, playing with her dog, and catching up on sleep.
