Virginia Beach is a long way from her hometown of Shrewsbury, Pennsylvania but Jenn was destined to join the Wareing’s Gym family. A member of the Wareing’s family for over 13 years, Jenn earned her B.S in Sports Medicine and followed up with a Master’s degree in Exercise, Fitness, and Health Promotion. Who ever said you couldn’t be strong AND smart obviously never met Jenn. We’d call Jenn a fitness optimist, she enjoys a good challenge and claims that her least favorite exercise is the first one. (They always get better with practice!) Her best advice for someone looking to get fit is “Be good to yourself.” Sounds smart to us.
