Matt knows that if you want the sweeter things in life (like Cinnamon Toast Crunch) you have to work for them. He’s a big fan of HIIT based workouts, bodybuilding and spin class. In the 5 years since he first set out on his fitness journey, Matt has racked up some pretty impressive credentials: ISSA CFT Personal Trainer, ISSA Certified Nutritionist and Advanced Certified Parisi Performance Coach.
