Surf Club

Virginia Beach — we’re taking training to the surf park. Wareing’s Gym x Atlantic Park Surf  hosts Surf Fitness Activations at Atlantic Park Surf. Expect warm-up coaching, surf-specific strength + conditioning, and a community mixer that feels more like a good time than a “work event.” Bring your crew. Bring your family. What Is Surf Club?

Surf Club is Wareing’s Gym’s surf-specific training community built to make you stronger, more durable, and more prepared for every session in the water. It follows a consistent weekly structure—3 days per week—that blends strength, conditioning, mobility, and shoulder/hip durability work to support the demands of paddling, pop-ups, and repeated effort.

Surf Club is designed to be both approachable and legitimate: you can follow the program self-guided in the Bridge appor train alongside others doing the same work with coaching support. There’s no “you must already be a surfer” requirement—if you want to move better, feel better, and perform better in the water, you’re in the right place.

Most importantly, Surf Club is about progression and community, not perfection. You train at your level, build momentum over time, and you’ll be surrounded by people doing the same—friends, family, and fellow members pushing to stay ready for the next set.
