Being able to bring your kids into the gym so you can workout is important. As it shows your kids the importance of exercise and allows you to show up for yourself so you can show up for others in return.

No worries, we take care of your kids so you can take care of your health.

If it is your first time using our child care services, feel free to download and print a copy of our Child Care Registration Form and Waiver here to make your first drop off a breeze. Our rates are $5 per child per visit or $10 per child per month. Parents get a key fob to the locked door of the Child Sitting Room.
