Kyle Carpenter

NASM Certified Personal Trainer, ERYT 500 Yoga Instructor, Meridian Yoga Therapy Level 1 Certified, Science of Self Anatomy Level 1

Kyle Carpenter

Kyle has been a personal trainer since 2014. He comes from a background as a competitive bodybuilder and power lifter. In 2018 he began practicing & teaching yoga. Over the years he has also studied hand balancing & gymnastics strength training extensively under the guidance of Daniel Chavez & Yuval Ayalon. He has worked with clients on corrective exercise, body composition, and higher level gymnastics/calisthenics skills.

I swam D1 in college at JMU as a freestyle sprinter. Post college, I learned to love Crossfit and strength training. As of January 2026, I have received my Crossfit L1 Certification and Hyrox Certification. I love helping others learn functional movements, basic nutrition, and empowering others to learn barbell movements!

BFA from VCU in Dance and Choreography, over 600 hours Classical Pilates training, over 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training. Currently finishing her certification through NASM for PT, Nutrition, Wellness, and Youth Athletics.

Becca Fitzpatrick

Becca works as a small group training coach, while practicing as a functional family nurse practitioner outside of the gym. She has a passion for helping women with gut health, hormone balance, and energy.

After experiencing her own health challenges and finding healing through a functional medicine, root-cause approach, Becca has been devoted to helping others live with more vitality.
